15. Back Home

It is two weeks later.

Curly and Boysie are sitting in the window.

Rain, rain, rain (and even more rain)

"I wish it would stop raining." Boysie says.

Curly laughs. "It will take a long time for all the ice to melt."

Dad comes into the room. "Do you want to go outside?" he asks. "You can take my brolly."

Curly and Boysie laugh. "No thank you," they say. "We will wait for the rain to stop."
